Cardano Hotel Malpensa

Everything. Good location - close to the airport but very quiet, clean and well maintained property, very friendly staff: Our flight was delayed for 6 hours and instead of midnight we landed at Malpensa around 6 a.m., and in case we had to checkout at 10. 00 we wouldn't have a chance to sleep at all. I wrote a late checkout request to the property and almost instantly received an answer from a person named Federico that they were sorry about the situation and could extend our stay till 1 PM for free! So we had precious 5,5 hours of rest in a normal bed! All the staff were extremely friendly and responsive to our needs. The breakfast was very good as well, with quite a variety of choices. The hotel transfer to the airport costs 5 euro per person, but doesn't run at night, so check with the hotel if you arrive at night. And compared to other properties in the area the price/quality ratio is just perfect. All in all, everything was simply excellent. We are actually grateful to the hotel personnel for such an attentive and personal treatment of us. Definitely recommend the property for a stay in the Milan area!

the house was in a great location, first floor, there is a small elevator but it is up 3 stairs, the house is big and the kitchen is well equipped, there is a coffie machine and cleaning matirials aside of laundry capsuls. ther is netflix in the living room and little soaps at the 3 washrooms in the flat. there is a jacuzzi tub but it was impossible to close it. when we got to the flat we got water and sweets

We were picked up quickly from the airport by the hotel taxi bus and at the hotel in five minutes. It was a great service. Communication with the staff was excellent. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable and looked great and a good size. The air conditioning kept us all comfortable and was very quiet. The breakfast was excellent in its variety of choice and quality of the food. The garden and swimming pool were well maintained and ideal for relaxing in.

the shuttle driver was very helpful and friendly and so were the front desk staff. you have to pay for the shuttle (3 euros for one way) to the front desk and not to the driver, i paid for my shuttles during my check in so that on the day of my check out all i had to do was drop the keys at the front desk. the room had all the necessities and even provided pretty good toiletries. it was modern, clean and comfy. there's a pizza place thats just a 3 min walk from the hotel and it made for a really good dinner (i ordered the salmon pizza, mozzarella balls and a bottle of water for 14 euros) the hotel is in a residential area so it was pretty quiet and as a solo female traveller, i felt quite safe walking out the hotel even if it was just to the pizza shop. the room is quite pricey for a one night near-the-airport stay but it met my expectations.

Good, reliable shuttle service. They picked me up from the airport within 10 minutes of my request. The breakfast was good with a nice selection. The staff were professional. The room was large and clean. The shower was small. I read reviews where it was outdated. I thought the room decor was fine. Room was clean and looked out onto flowering bushes.
